Website content describes Prolific Solutions and its current or planned offerings for general informational purposes. Sending a project inquiry does not create a client relationship, promise availability, or form a contract. Any paid service engagement requires a separate written proposal or agreement accepted by both parties.

The Small Business Growth Starter Kit is currently offered free of charge. Access may require accurate registration information or, when account features are available, a secure account. Access credentials and secure download links may not be shared, resold, published, or used to bypass resource controls.

Paid Growth Library products are not currently offered. Any future paid resource will include applicable pricing, delivery, refund, and purchase terms before checkout.

Unless a resource states otherwise, Growth Library materials are licensed to the registered recipient for personal learning or internal use within that recipient’s own business or organization. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and does not transfer ownership of the resource or Prolific Solutions intellectual property.

Resources may not be resold, redistributed, publicly posted, uploaded to shared libraries, repackaged as another product, or used to create a competing resource. Reasonable excerpts may be referenced with clear attribution where permitted by law.

Growth Library materials provide general business education and practical planning tools. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made for your business and for consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.

When account features are available, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your password and access methods, and notifying Prolific Solutions of suspected unauthorized use. Prolific Solutions may suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the website, or enforce these terms.

You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, probe protected systems, automate abusive submissions or downloads, upload malicious material, misrepresent your identity, violate another person’s rights, or use the website for unlawful activity.

The Prolific Solutions name, branding, website design, original writing, graphics, and Growth Library publications are owned by or licensed to Prolific Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited resource license stated above.

Prolific Solutions may update website content, resource versions, or account features and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Reasonable efforts are made to keep current resources accessible, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
